A spring work party for the Smerdu Community Garden will take place on May 5 from 9am-11am. Though the work parties are primarily intended for Smerdu plot holders, community members who would like to help out are encouraged to join in. It is a great opportunity to see the gardens and meet other local gardeners. Please email Patrice Smerdu (psmerdu@sbcglobal.net) if you would like to attend so the Garden Committee can plan appropriately for snacks and scheduling of work tasks.
